# Your account

> Sign in, update your profile, and find personal settings and connections.

Open **Settings** from your account menu to manage your profile and preferences.

## Sign in or join an organization

Open [Cohesive](https://app.cohesive.ai) to sign in or create an account. New accounts follow the setup available for their signup route. If you received an organization invitation, use that invitation to join the intended organization.

If you belong to multiple organizations, use **Switch organization** when available. You work in one organization at a time; files, connections, and subscription credentials are scoped to that organization.

## Profile and preferences

| Setting | What to change |
| - | - |
| **Profile** | Your name, job title, and profile details. |
| **Appearance** | Theme and Canvas grid preference. |
| **Audio** | Microphone permission and input device, when voice is enabled. |
| **System** | Preferences such as adding Workspace files as live references without asking. |

To bring back the reference-or-copy chooser, change the **Add from workspace** preference under **System**.

## App and model connections

Choose the **Connectors** tab to manage app connections. Its **Model providers** section lets you connect [ChatGPT](/product/account/connect-chatgpt), [Claude](/product/account/connect-claude), or an [API key](/product/account/model-providers#connect-an-api-key).

Model providers appears when agent choice is enabled for your organization.

## Organization and billing

Admins can manage **Organization**, **Members**, and **Groups** in Settings. The **Usage** tab provides usage and billing controls when enabled.
