Cohesive credits account for platform-funded work. Connecting your own supported model provider changes who pays for those model tokens, while other usage can still consume credits.

View usage and billing

Organization admins can open the Usage tab in Settings when billing is enabled. Use Overview to inspect usage and Billing for the subscription, payment details, and invoices. Available billing controls depend on your organization’s plan.

Included credits and additional usage

Each member has an included allowance for the billing period. Additional usage depends on the organization’s overage settings and shared spend limit. When a limit blocks work, an admin can review the allowance, subscription state, and spend controls. A connected model provider doesn’t bypass Cohesive’s eligibility or usage checks.

ChatGPT, Claude, and API keys

The model picker identifies the funding source: Model tokens paid through your own subscription or an eligible connected API key aren’t charged again as Cohesive model credits. Supporting work, including file processing or other platform services, may still consume credits. A rejected or disconnected credential can cause eligible later turns to fall back to a different key or platform credits. Check the provider row and funding label after changing a connection. Trials

Trial length, allowance, and payment requirements depend on the signup route and offer. Use the dates and terms shown in your account and checkout. Signing in through an organization invitation joins that organization’s plan; it doesn’t create a separate personal Cohesive trial. Contact Cohesive support if the displayed plan or usage doesn’t match your organization.
