Use a Canvas to assemble the meeting context and create a brief you can check before the call. Connect the sources you have: Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar, Gmail or Outlook email, HubSpot, and optionally Granola or Zoom.
1

Find the meeting

Ask: “Add tomorrow’s meeting with Acme and the recent email threads with its attendees to this Canvas.”Confirm the date and attendees.
2

Add account context

Ask: “Find Acme’s company record and open deals, then add the notes from our last two customer calls.”Use only sources your connected accounts can access.
3

Write the brief

Select the relevant cards and ask: “Create a one-page preparation brief: account status, previous commitments, unresolved questions, and three goals for this meeting. Link each commitment to its source.”
4

Review before the call

Check dates, amounts, ownership, and commitments against the sources. Mark assumptions or missing context so they don’t become facts in the conversation.
5

Follow up

Add the new meeting notes. Ask for a draft follow-up email and proposed CRM updates. Review the wording and records before sending or approving changes.
Ask explicitly to save the brief format as a Skill. If you want recurring preparation, create an Automation and inspect its first run.
