Browse and drop

Browse teams, channels, chats, and available meeting material in the Connectors rail, then drop relevant items onto a Canvas.

Connect

Find the connector

Open Settings → Connectors and choose Microsoft Teams from the available catalog.

Authorize

Click Connect. Sign in with your Microsoft account. If an admin manages an organization connection, check that connection’s scope and permissions.

Check the connection

Confirm that it appears under Connected, then ask the agent to retrieve one item you can verify.

  • “Summarize the Engineering channel’s discussion this week.”
  • “Find the conversation about the migration date.”
  • “Post this reviewed status update to the project channel.”
