Connect HubSpot to use CRM records beside the emails, notes, and documents about the same account.

What the agent can do

Read
  • Search contacts, companies, deals, and tickets.
  • Read related notes, tasks, calls, meetings, and email activity.
  • Inspect owners, pipelines, stages, and configured properties.
Act
  • Create and update supported CRM records.
  • Create or update notes, tasks, calls, and meetings.
  • Associate supported activity with the relevant CRM records.

Browse and drop

Browse contacts, companies, and deals in the Connectors rail, then drop records onto the Canvas.

Connect

1

Find the connector

Open Settings → Connectors and choose HubSpot from the available catalog.
2

Authorize

Click Connect. An organization admin connects HubSpot and reviews the connection configuration, including relevant CRM properties and owner mapping.
3

Check the connection

Confirm that it appears under Connected, then ask the agent to retrieve one item you can verify.

Things to try

  • “Show the Acme company and its open deals.”
  • “List the open tasks for this deal.”
  • “Log a note on the selected deal with today’s decisions.”
Owner mapping makes requests such as “my deals” resolve to the right HubSpot owner. It doesn’t restrict CRM visibility to that owner’s records. Access comes from the connected HubSpot account and its permissions. See Connector access and troubleshooting if an item or action is unavailable.
