Connect

1

Find the connector

Open Settings → Connectors and choose Slack from the available catalog.
2

Authorize

Click Connect. Authorize the Slack workspace you want to use. If an organization connection is managed by an admin, its account and permissions determine the actions available.
3

Check the connection

Confirm that it appears under Connected, then ask the agent to retrieve one item you can verify.

Things to try

  • “Find the thread where we agreed on the launch date.”
  • “Summarize this week’s discussion in the product channel.”
  • “Post the reviewed summary to the project channel.”
Ask for wording in the chat first when you want to review a message before requesting the post. Confirm which Slack account and destination the action uses. See Connector access and troubleshooting if an item or action is unavailable.
